Digital Products Refund
E-Books & Guides
Due to the nature of digital products, e-books are non-refundable once downloaded. Preview samples are available before purchase.

Refund Methods
Original Payment
Refund to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). Processing takes 7-10 business days.
Bank Transfer
For large refunds, we may process via direct bank transfer. Provide your account details securely.
Credit Note
For faster resolution, opt for a credit note that can be used for future purchases at JATAES.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your enrollment at any time. The refund amount will depend on when you cancel relative to the course start date.
Before Course Starts
Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee if cancelled more than 7 days before the course start date.
After Course Starts
Refund as per the training program refund table. Access will be revoked upon refund processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a Damaged or Defective Product?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please follow these steps for a quick resolution:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Email photos to hello@jataes.com with your order number
- We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund
- Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost
Exchange Policy
Course Exchange
You can exchange one course for another within 7 days of enrollment if you haven't started the original course. Price difference may apply.
Merchandise Size Exchange
Wrong size? We offer free size exchanges within 7 days. The item must be unworn with original tags intact.
Batch Change
Need to change your batch timing? Request a batch transfer up to 7 days before the start date, subject to availability.
Program Upgrade
Want to upgrade to a more comprehensive program? You can upgrade within 14 days and pay only the difference.

Q: How are refunds processed for EMI payments?
For EMI purchases, the refund is processed to your financing partner. Your EMI plan will be cancelled, and any paid amounts will be refunded.
Q: Can I get a refund for a partially completed course?
Partial refunds are available if you've completed less than 25% of the course and are within 30 days of enrollment.
Q: What if my refund is delayed?
