Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options through trusted payment gateways like Razorpay and Stripe.
Fee Structure
All fees are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
Installment Plans
For select programs, we offer EMI and installment options. Default on payments may result in suspension of access.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Processing fees and taxes may be non-refundable.

While we strive to provide high-quality training, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific job placements, salary levels, or career outcomes as these depend on multiple factors including individual effort, market conditions, and interview performance.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to all course materials and services. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior harmful to our community. We will provide notice unless immediate action is required.
Dispute Resolution
Direct Communication
First, contact our support team to try to resolve the issue amicably. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.
Mediation
If direct communication fails, either party may propose mediation. The costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
Arbitration
Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be settled by binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
